To further promote the application of PVF laminated and pre-painted steel, while strengthening industry exchange and collaboration, ENP's marketing team conducted an in-depth outreach initiative. Through personal discussions with design institute experts, the campaign aims to drive broader adoption of Tedlar® PVF laminated and pre-painted steel in architectural and industrial solutions.

PVF (Polyvinyl Fluoride) is a fluoropolymer material invented by DuPont in the 1940's. To meet the growing demand for high-end building materials among clients, Yieh Phui (China), DuPont, and ENP have jointly developed the Tedlar® PVF laminated and pre-painted steel launching the "Shieldteck" Series, this milestone marks a new chapter in Tedlar® PVF's legacy as a premium surface protection solution.

UV Resistant and Anti-Aging 

PVF coating has excellent UV resistance and anti-aging performance, which can maintain the colour and luster of the coating surface for a long time, will not chalk, fade or other damaging aesthtic phenomenas.

Chemical Resistance

PVF coated steel show exceptional resistance to acids, alkalis, and polar solvents, including salt spray, and sulfuric acid, effectively shielding the substrate material from corrosive environments.

Excellent Bending Performance

PVF coated steel can achieve 0T bending performance, even when it is folded together, there will be no cracks, which would provide reliable and long term protection for bending of steel.

Easy To Clean

PVF coated steel feature a smooth surface that resists dust and dirt accumulation. Their chemically inert properites allow for easy cleaning with various detergents, significantly reducing maintenance costs.

The ENP team and the Light Industry Design Institute discussed the potential application of pre-painted steel in the field of production equipment and packaging industry, and made in-depth exchanges on key construction details.

In September 2004, Toyo Engineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established as a wholly foreign-owned enterprise invested by Japan’s Toyo Engineering Corporation. With engineering design and construction qualifications issued by the Chinese government, the company has accumulated experience in over 250 projects in China.
